Are these sentences correct?

There are some works still to be carried out as part of the original scope of work for project LNKM, so it’ll be updated once all the works have been completed. So please consider this list as only a partial list of the work, not complete list, and it is issued only for QS’s working purpose.

Firstly, you need an indefinite article before "complete list" (making it "not a complete list" ). Secondly, in the second sentence, I think you should switch the words "as" and "only" (making it "consider this list only as a partial list of the work" ). I think that would be better, though I'm not sure the phrasing you used would be acceptable as well.
