Are these sentences correct?

A. It's I who am here.
B. It's he who helped me when I needed help.
C. It's I whom you promised to be with for ever.
D. It's I whom you loved.
Are these sentences all correct and also can we use objective pronouns such as him, her, them, us instead of subjective pronouns I, we, he, she n the above sentences? Thank you.

After the verb "be," the sentence case is "proper" grammar. However, no one follows this old rule today, not even in most formal writing.

Knock, knock!
Who's there?
It is I, Conan the Terrible. Behold me and bow down!

Knock, knock!
Who's there?
It's me, your brother.
