Could you help, please?
Are both these sentences ok?

1. Could you give us some details concerning the June meeting which is being prepared by your school and Cracow High School?

2. Could you give us some details concerning the June meeting prepared by your school and Cracow High School?

Is such a sentence ok?
3. The girl was sitting in the corner, lonely and forgotten by everyone.
