Are these sentences correct?

A. I am going to get paid for today.
b. It costs so much to do up and down. (Come to work and go back home)

This is a sentence but it means you didn't do today's work for no pay; possibly you mean,
"I am going to get paid today." -- eg paid for the last month's work.

B.
It costs so much to go up/out to *** and back.
It costs so much to go back and forth to ***.

'go' is speaking from home; at work, say 'come'.
