Are these sentences correct?

1."You won't be happy regarding what I have to say"

2."You won't be happy about what I have to say"

3."You won't be happy what I have to say"

Are there any other alternatives?

Thank you

#2 is natural, and #3 is ungrammatical. #1 is so stilted that it would not be used in conversation.

Hi AlpeccaStars and Guyper.
Please pardon me for interrupting this thread.
Would you please help me to understand why, it is wrong, to drop "about"?

About is a preposition. Prepositions must have a complement (an object) to complete the phrase.

You know a lot about me.

Similarly, the object cannot be used in the sentence without the preposition.
