Are these sentences correct?

I have written the below, but have the feeling that I should put a comma in them somewhere.

'But I have to admit that I found it somewhat exhilarating.'
or 'But I have to admit, that I found it somewhat exhilarating.'

'I made my way upstairs in the hope of finding a seat.'
or 'I made my way upstairs, in the hope of finding a seat'.

What do you think?
