Are these sentences correct?

The item # 6 in your invoice is not as per the daily time records which is being maintained by your driver and our site in-charge. According to the time recorded from 01/07/2013 to 31/07/2013 which is coming only 240 hours only and they both your driver and our representative have agreed it, but your claim was 260 hours which is not acceptable, so please revise your invoice based on the actual time recorded.
