Are these sentences correct?
please help me to correct these sentences
As per the estimation of the treatment expenses forwarded to you, please process and forward the approval to the said hospital to perform the treatment immedialy.
As you have now all the required deatials. please do not delay in processing the final approval for the tratment for our staff who is crtically admitted in the hospital. Please remember that as the result of your delay in giving prior approval for the treatment last time, the hospital haven't perform any treatment where he was fully covered with your insurance package as per the contract provided, so this treatment should be done as an emergency basis as the patient is in a very critical condition.
