Are these sentences correct?

I am planning to take out a loan amount of $XXXXX.XX from my fixed deposit with your bank. Please approve this loan amount and transfer it to my brother Mr. Jeff’s account (a/c no.xxxxxxx)who is having active account with your bank.

In order to process the loan, all the relevant documents are attached herewith for your kind perusal.

Hi; If you are taking your own money from an account, that is a withdrawal , not a loan. Are you borrowing the money from the bank? That would be a loan.
