Are these sentences correct?

As you are aware, we already agreed each other and you confirmed by your retuned mail on [dated] but you are now asking for the payments for on-going and in-completed work which is not as per the agreement we made on [dated] So, please arrange to complete all the work agreed ASAP so that I can arrange the payment as agreed.
