Are these sentences correct?

I have reminded you many times that if any changes are required; you may take the client’s approval in advance but you are not following at all. I think maybe the subcontractor’s workers are doing the work on their way. They are not following your drawings, and even your site engineer / consultant are not making sure that the work is carrying out as per the drawing provided.

I think maybe the subcontractor’s workers are doing the work in their own way. They are not following your drawings : your site engineer/consultant is not ensuring that the work is carried out as per the drawings.

Just a minor amendment.

I am pretty sure you did it by mistake, but using correct punctuation is of great importance.
