Are these sentences correct?

As you are aware, we have taken out a loan amount of 10 lacks (5 lacks as term loan and 5 lacks as personal loan) from your bank in November 2010, for the advertisment business offered at metro station. The work contract was advertismentdisplays on our LED panel, which is located at every counter in the Metro stations. We, M/S XXX can only do this work as awarded by our metro department. Unfortunately, we can function only 10 panels out 35 due to the technical problems. The Metro has not provided electrical supply and other technical requirements as per the contract made, so we were not able to pay the loan installment on time. However, we have made the interim payment of 2 lacks in March 2011 at your request, so please accept our applogize and give us a chance to pay the loan installment under the agreement.
