Are these sentences correct?
As per our telephonic discussion on [date] regarding the above subject, please find attached the copy of the bills and re-imbursement form (which attested by his doctor) relating to his medical treatment whcih is now being taken in his home town. The attached bills only show as of [date]. I will furnish all the medical bills once he has been completed his treatment or also, I can submit available bills for the interim payment upon your request. Please let me know, how do you want the recalim to be submitted.
