Are these sentences correct?

Please note that we have updated all the items in our stores except the items are in pending stock which means items were returned / cancelled from projects upon completion. As per the company's policy, we need a green light from the department concerned to updating the pending stock. We already sent remainders to those department for updating this stock but still we haven't received any information.
