Are these sentences correct?

There are some sentences, I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the grammar and punctuation, thanks.

1- In the meanwhile the person who is in charge of imparting his/her knowledge to students should be aware of his/her role in the class room in addition to many factors that directly have some influence on learners, say, age range, needs, goals, culture, learning style, most effective approaches and meaningful communication.

2- I want to introduce one terribly unbelievable so-called English teacher of mine.
