Shark fin has been a valuable delicacy to Chinese people since the
Ming Dynasty, which the history is not too long. In the Qing Dynasty,
shark fin usually served at special occasions such as banquets as the most valuable
and most necessary dish. It is said that "It is not a feast without a shark fin".
And now the public also can taste it because the restaurants which are
not too low-class all provide the shark fin .
I think the "low-class" is not very good to describe the restaurant.I mean the restaurant is a bit high price one.
