Are these sentences correct?



Please note that we have not yet received any instruction regarding the above subject from your department or even from those concerned.

This is our regular procedure to inspect each item against with our purchase orders and also, it is the part of one of our policy and procedure for this department.

However, we inspected all items arrived at the warehouse and carefully re-packed and stored accordingly. Also, note that our store is fully air-conditioned and there is no chance to get them moisture by humidity.
