Are these sentences correct?

We request you to send your technician to the site for inspect the xenon lights on [date]. Also, we need you to confirm the quality of item delivered earlier as we have ordered for the high quality of XENON lights. As you know, the first delivery was not satisfied to the client as the lights have been malfunctioned immediately after the installation
