Are these sentences correct ?

please help!!!

1. I had very nice lunch and wine and it made me very full up and I'm no more hungry.

( should it be, I had a very nice lunch with wine and it made me very full so I'm no more hungry)?

2.I'm deceived for answer as quickly.

( i DON'T KNOW AT ALL)

3.Where I stay the wife is a very good cooker.

(don't know)

4.The weather gets warmer in summer isn't it?

( is it correct if i write -The weather gets warmer in summer ,doesn't it?)
