Are these sentences correct?

If I bring my clothes before 9 am will I be able to pick them up the same day?

We have an power outage. Will be restored tomorrow.

Fine. The "in" is optional; it happens to be what I say.

We have a power outage, but electricity will be restored tomorrow.

(Your second sentence had no subject. - and it's "a power" not "an power".)
