Are these sentences comprehensible?

Note: In the sentences, My neighbor was shared means that he was the one who received a large sum of money.

My neighbor was shared a large sum of money from the modus operandi of the gang to which he belongs.

My neighbor was shared a large sum of money with the modus operandi of his gang.
