Are these sentences both correct?

Your company is a reputable one, and I can assure you that our company is too.

Your company is a reputable one, and I can assure you that so is our company.

Your company is a reputable one and I can assure you that so is our company.


But it seems to me a tiny bit insulting to tell the listener that his company is reputable. Don't you think that he already knows that. He doesn't need your approval.
