Are these sentences are grammatically correct?

As suggested, the amount was agreed and finalized and we have made the same to the participants. If you guys like to give an additional payment for them, it will be an another impact of company's financial position. Next time, please do not hire any outside professional in our team to participate in the events. We need to take only our members and state our ability in the events unless do not participate it.
