Are these sentence grammatically correct?

These codes were mistakenly issued for the items procured from Lavender Boutique because those items already have a stock code and it was a repeated order under po reference 87854. Therefore, we removed these codes and issued the same for other items. The system has already been corrected and updated, based on the attached list.
