The table supplied does not have any additional top, it has a built-in glass top.
The table supplied does not have any additional top, it has glass top itself.

Is there a reason why you wish to say that the top is not additional or separate? It would normally be sufficient to say: "The table has a built-in glass top" (to emphasise that the top can not be removed) or "The table is supplied complete with a glass top" (to emphasise that the table has no missing parts).
