Are these sentence grammatically correct?

The above items have been shipped as samples to the site, attention to the site manager by DHL early this year. We are now unable to locate these items in the site. As the site urgently requires these items, we need to locate them immediately, so please advise us, if anyone know where it has been kept or delivered.
