Are these Sentence Fragments?

If I need to explain why these sentences are not grammatically correct, what is the reason?

1) That special spot where nature makes you feel pleasantly small.

2) The perfect place to share food with friends, have some fun, and take in the view.

To make it complete I guess you need to add "It is..." in front of the sentence. Is it "dangling" somehow or a "fragment"? Help and thank you!

Hi, Well, my short answer would be that these each need a main verb. In that sense, they are certainly incomplete, fragments only. ', the main verb and associated grammar could be many things.

Hi,

Well, my short answer would be that these each need a main verb. In that sense, they are certainly incomplete, fragments only.

It doesn't have to be 'It is ...', the main verb and associated grammar could be many things. eg 'I have found ..........'
