Are these sentence correct?

The client did not accept the above order because they saying that it looks like a used / old item and scratched. Apparently, the supplier had supplied 3 pieces which 2 new pieces and 1 look like a old / used item. Scratches on the bracket of 2 new units which are very small and they are not noticeable. However, they rejected these 3 pieces and asking us to supply another new pieces.
