Are these sentence correct?

We contacted your service representatiive for servicing the MAN truck rented from your company last week but he has not yet responded. It is very difficult to get service our vehicle on time. Last time, he has taken 15days to just pick up the vehicle for servicing. We have been experiencing this problem since we renting the vehicle from you.
