Kindly help me to correct these sentences.

I called the sales representative on[date]and he said that he had only a small sticker which they call authentic certificate which we can collect it from his office. As for the damages, he said that he do not remember anything that agreed in our meeting. He now saying that he can't do anything on the damages what we noticed upon collection.
