This is to inform you that our site security Mr. X has left the company due to chronic kidney disease. He is admitted to the hospital and receiving dialysis for the last three months to maintain his life in his home town. His doctor says that he is suffering from CRF with end stage renal disease and the kidney transplant is the only option to come back normal life.

He is belong to an economically poor family with a very meagre source of income. He was the only bread winner and their family not in a position to bear such a huge expense for his treatment. The family’s monetary resources have been exhausted in his treatment. Therefore, on behalf of Mr. X family, I hereby humbly request our benovalent staff to help him in possible ways to carry out his surgery.
