Are these sentence correct?

Please note that do not give instructions to any subcontractor/supplier to deliver the items to our warehouse unless prior consulting with us. We will not accept any items unless prior approval has been granted.

As for the furniture delivery, we already informed you that we do not have enough space in the warehouse, and we can keep this items only in the rented stores if you required to shift them.
