Are these senteces correct ?

1- The three payments sent to your account on June 2 , June 25 and July 27 in the amount of USD 500 , USD

250 and USD 1000 respectively do not appear to be in your records .

I am sending the swift messages of these transfers as follows in order for you to update your records .

2- We are going to have the bank forms signed next Friday
