Are these sentebce correct?

1.As per the drawing proving provided, we were supposed to receive 12 patterns for each item ordered, but we received only 110 patterns for 10 items, so we have short of 10 patterns which are found missing in the shipment, although the packing showing all items were supplied.

2.They are now asking for the framing of these pictures when and where it will be done
