Are these sentances correct? I am not sure about some phares in it.

Although most people believe that good teachers are those who challenge the students by giving challenging tasks, I, myself, have an entirely different point of view; in other word, I disagree with them. I would argue that challenging student is an unfavorable feature for teachers. In addition, I found a reverse relationship between challenging student and ability to relate with student. By that I mean usually teachers who challenge students cannot become their friends.
