Are these questions correct?

Hi. Please help. Let's say there is someone who thought it was a good idea to draw up some simple comprehension questions after listening to some songs and decides to write some. Do these comprehension questions for songs (except no. 2) look OK? Possibly could you change them for the better?

1. When you have mumps, what happens to you physically?
A: get swelling and slight fever
2. If you trot, what do you do?
A: run slowly in short steps
3. Where would he be when he was playing his guitar?
A: sitting in the shade
4. According to the song, what is a day away?
A: tomorrow
5. Would he cry if the person he loves stood by him?
