are these grammatically correct? Thank you much for your help.

The information on 4 x 8 banner is the same as banner across the street, but it’ll be placed on the street. The information on small signs (similar to sign for comp. plan meeting) are the dates and place of the event. So, we didn’t agree to do these? These are event “noticed signs.”



I don’t have a design done for the banner across the street, but I’ve already request from the merchants to send me an electronic copy of it.



I’ve also already provided Julie additional information needed for the road closure plan. I’m not able to contact her this week; she’s out for class.
