Are these grammatically correct? thank you for your help.

-Please review the introduction letter asking ABC Business Owners for sponsorship provided by the DEF Group, Inc.
-The cost to the business is $300 for a business card ad and $1,200 on a full panel page.
-When GHI’s Furniture went out of business, did it say why they’re closing out? Did we try anything to help them before going out of business? How often the City visit local businesses besides visiting downtown businesses?
