Are these grammatically correct?

"Push up bras are like a pack of chips, when you open it it's less than what you expected."

"Push up bras are like packs of chips, when you open it it's less than what you expected."

And does "pack" actually sound good? i.e., pack of chips

No, not where I am from, which has been across most of the United States for the past several years. Pushups is definitely the most commonly used.

The COCA has 189 citations for pushup and 298 for push-up. There is an even bigger gap between the plural forms: 239 for pushups and 502 for push-ups. Not to mention that the latter is favored by several good online dictionaries, Dictionary.com and M-W, to name a couple.
