Are these expressions right or wrong?

#1. I have an appointment for Tomorrow at 3
#2. I have an appointment on Tomorrow at 3
#3. I have an appointment on 3, this month.

I apparently think all sentences right. but Isn't there anyhing a little common or strange? Is it?

ljswaveanything ... strange?
Yes. Here's what you need:

I have an appointment at 3 o'clock tomorrow.

'at 3 this month' is not specific enough because you don't say which day of the month. However, you can say:

I have an appointment at 3 o'clock every day this month.
