The second two are grammatical,whereas the first two are not.

In the first sentence,the connective that is left out,which is immediately before did .The connective pronoun that adds up to that a statement in a normal form rather than an inversion should be followed,and it is in this case that the first example sentence is ungrammatical,and so it is with the second on
