Are these expression OK?

Hello

I'd like to ask about the expression of time.

#1 It takes 20 minutes to go to the theater.

I think we can also say #2. (Is it OK?)
#2 It is a twenty-minute walk to go to the theater.

How about #3? Does this make sense?
#3 It is twenty minutes to go to the theater.

Thank you.

Hello! 1 is OK 2 is OK 3 is not OK You can also say: It is a twenty minutes' walk to go to the theater. I'm not a teacher here, so wait till one sees it.

I find #3 OK if I omit what is unnecessary-- the 'to go' (which also improves #2):

#1 It takes 20 minutes to go to the theater.
#2 It is a twenty-minute walk to the theater.
#3 It is twenty minutes to the theater.

Yes, indeed. Nowadays, at least in California, distance is measured in time. How far is it to Westfield Mall? About 12 minutes. Emotion: smile
