Grammar

Are these examples are grammatical?

(1) UCL is full of brilliant ideas.

(2) UCL is brilliant ideas full.

(3) The vice-dean leaves UCL brilliant ideas full.

(4) Brilliant ideas are full.

I know (1) is the most grammatical and common, but I would like to know whether other twos are also

acceptable or at least marginally acceptable. I need your language intuition. Thank you.
