Are these corrections good?

Hi,

I'm trying to correct my friend's email as a way to improve my understanding of English.
I picked out some sentences with which I had a little trouble with.

1)"Sorry I've been busy because of moving again.

"Sorry, I've been busy because of my move again"

Is the original sentence correct? I feel like "moving" is a noun itself. So that would make the original sentence correct right?

2) "I can see you decided some big decisions while we hadn't been talking."

"I see you decided to make some big decisions while we haven't been talking."

What's the difference between "hadn't been talking" and "haven't been talking?"

Thanks!

Yes. The original sentence is OK, but a little awkward.
