"I'm more familiar with such animals." OK

"Sky news didn't discovered me."

OK, but you need a context in which it makes sense to say these things.

I'd capitalize "News." I'm assuming "Sky News" is a proper name.

Both sentences are correct, but would benefit from a bit of context.

Edit. Ouch! I missed "discovered."
