Are these correct?

1)We are going to buid this together.

After "going to" we can't and it is wrong to add "ing" to the verb that coes after "to", right? Even if it is "gonna", right?

2)I want to take a shower.

After "want to" we can't and it is wrong to add "ing" to the verb that comes after "to", right? Even if it is "wanna", right?
