Are these correct?

1) listening to the music was not enough to save all the times that i was held in detention.

2) it clearly did not add up at all (or in anyway)

Not sure what you mean by "save all the times". Did you mean "not comforting"? If you are referring to music in general then you should delete "the" before "music".

Listening to the music was not enough to save (all the memories) that I hold from detention? ***maybe?
