Are these both correct?

(1) How do you feel about A?
(2) What do you feel about A?

1 I would reply with "I think it's great " or good, or okay, or not so good etc. 2 I would be specific. I like how well the program is designed, and that the key stakeholders are already aligned but I'm concerned about the aggressive timeline, etc.

I see. "What do you you feel about?" requires more specific answers than "how do you feel about?"
