My daughter has a homework assignment on metaphors. are these sentences belong to metaphor?

1.My head thick with sleep.
2.Hatred floods me.
3.I could hear the blood pounding in my ear.
4.My heart in my mouth, I wiped the rain from my eyes and looked again and saw that it was a priest.
