Are these all correct?

When people ask me what my hobbies are, I have to ( ) that I don't have any.

(1) say in a small voice
(2) say in a low voice
(2) say in a whisper
(3) lower my voice and say

Also, is it ok to use "I have none." instead of "I don't have any?"
